[Shotimes] oil in plug wells

Hi all,
         I'm getting ready to change my plugs and wires on my 94 atx and I find that I have oil in all my plug wells. I know that I have to remove the intake to change the valve cover gaskets and plug well seals. Do the intake and runners come off in one piece or seperately? What about the fuel rails---do they have to come off too? Any advice would be appreciated.
