I feel your pain. Why aren't OEMs made to publish them by default?

Does anyone have a link to free factory TSB's?  You can get the

for free but to get the TSB you have to sign up for their service.  I
would prefer not to have to do that.  (yes, I am cheap).  I am looking
for 01-8-1 in particular.  It's for my '01 SLO.
