There's a few things I would check 1st.Wires and plugs.
Make sure the plug wires are seated properly,in the plug wells and on the coil pack. While you have the front bank off, make sure you don't have oil down in the plug wells.Do you have any paper work on the car from the previous owner? That would really help.60K etc. Some type of history of maintance.

Subject: [Shotimes] Rouge idle and stalling out

My recently aquired 92 MTX has a habit of stalling out once it is warm. It will start to idle a little roughly, then just stall completely out. When I try to restart, it does not immediately crank. Any thoughts on what may be the cause.

Also when the car is cold, the idle flucuates from around 1 then up to 2. Once it gets warm however, that stops.

Maury
Pembroke Pines FL
92 MTX, White
112,000+
Get on board. You're invited to try the new Yahoo!
