Why 95 only?  The 94 SHO is virtually identical.  Your best bet may be
to disregard your mechanical requirements, pick up one with a good body,
and have everything else refreshed to like new standards.  Being in
northern VA, you may not be too far from ProTech Automotive in
Gaithersburg, MD.  They have been in the SHO game for years.

Why green, though?  I mean, who even buys a green car (not counting the
three in the driveway)?

No Doug--Not impossible, but not going to happen overnight either.
Fortunately this is the most common color in 95 however there were more
ATX
versions built in 95 than MTX versions.

You might also want to consider looking further than Virginia to find a
primo
one also.  Make sure to check on
