Not really.....
Most car mfrs will tell you that anything over a quart every 600 miles is
normal...and this is one new cars!!
I bought my '94 MTX with 168K miles, and it had been owned by two anal SHO
enthusiasts before that. The car had only seen Mobil 1 5W-30, and it was
burning a quart every 800 miles, apparently from bad valve seals (no drips).
I went to 10W-30 Castrol High-Mileage oil, and cut the consumption to a
quart every 1,600 miles.

1 qt every 1.5months seems high. If this amounts to less than 1000miles/qt,
you have a serious problem with oil consumption.
