[Shotimes] High NOx during emission test

Had the annual emission test done on the 92 yesterday. It passed, but barely.
On the 25/25 test, the NOx reading was 794 with 796 being the limit. On the
50/15, it was 676 actual with 879 the limit. The HC and CO reading were all
well under the limits. So the problem is on the 25/25 test.

Since I now have a year to correct whatever the problem might be, I am looking
for suggestions, thoughts, or comments.
