A 10-20% dose of denatured ethyl alcohol in the tank when doing the test.
This may upset the HC readings but you have wiggle room for that.

If they are original, they are getting tired. If they are newer, then you
might have to pull the 10 degree plug up in the right front corner of the
firewall in order to keep the timing from advancing during the test. The car
runs terrible, but it will pass the NOX test.
