[Shotimes] Coolant System Sensors

There is the one wire insturment gage sender, the two wire ECC sender and the
two wire Cold Engine Lock Out.  The CELO is obsolete, the one wire cluster one
is a common Ford part SW-2328 and I don't think the ECC temp sender is al that
unique either.
