[Shotimes] flat tire - tire wall damage?

On a set of tires that I bought from a private party via Paypal, the local
Discount Tire even offered the RH warranty when they installed them.

Well worth the $$$, as any sidewall damage means a radial tire is junk, and
(not that I've had many)most of my flat tires have been with punctures in
the sidewall down close to the tread.

I totally agree.  Nowadays, with tires costing so much, the RH warranty
should ALWAYS be included.
