[Shotimes] HELP!!! CAR IST DEAD!

Was the car on fire again? ;-)

No, an IAB should not kill an engine. Because you hit
a bump and had problems (dim IC lights, etc) I suspect
that you have a bad connection somewhere. Check your
battery connection, the connection at the starter and
the condition of your battery cables, etc.
