I don't remember who it is that told me to check the PCM ground but 
THANK YOU! The ground itself was fine but I discovered upon inspection 
another grounding strap (a fairly beefy one) leading from the firewall 
and not going anywhere else! I figured out that the grounding strap was 
supposed to go to the back of the intake on that one bolt that has like 
two bolts of different sizes... you know, the weird-looking one on the 
left-hand side. Anyway, I put the grounding strap back on and voila, it 
works! No more weird idling issues. I was gonna change the camshaft 
sensor out but it's a PITA to get to, so I'll wait 'til it breaks. Now 
to find a new windshield, I have a crack running across half of mine...
