One of the four required some "love taps".  that means one side was fine,
but all 4 pads were toast.  I thik I was getting a lot of braking power from
the rears, and I may have remedied that a lot with the new cobra brakes.  My
fronts were horribly glazed which to me means less effective front brakes
and more work on the rears - more work = more temp = premature failure.
Better front brakes, and higher temp pads all around I think will mke the
biggest difference.

BTW, alll the slider pins are fine now.

ya know, if all else fails... I'll bring the bike.  It's got 300 miles on
it, time for a track day :)
