[Shotimes] Grassroots Motorsports

I just recently started receiving GRM again myself, after a brief stint
way back when they first started. I even ordered a few back issues that
looked interesting. Wrong crowd for Summit ads though. Summit is more
for the straight line guys. Having said that, GRM does have some of the
most interesting (to me) ads I've ever seen in a car magazine. Very
road racing oriented, which I love. Some very cool stuff in there and a
very thick magazine. You get a lot for your pennies. I'm sorry I
haven't been reading GRM all these years.

A few weeks back I asked for your suggestions about which magazines to
subscribe to. A trial issue of Grassroots Motorsports just arrived and
it looks like just the thing for me, so thanks to all who recommended
it.

I was surprised to see that one of my favorite suppliers, Summit Racing,
isn't listed in the advertiser index. Is there any special reason for
that? Summit sometimes seems oriented toward the drag/hotrod crowd,
while GRM seems more about road racing?
