[Shotimes] Key with only 3 pins?

No SHO police cars, only SLO.  Have you ever seen the Helms factory "wiring
diagrams"?  In alot of places where an expansion harness is connected -
there are typically 2 options, one for SHO-only and the other for Police
pkg-only.  Soooo, the electrical systems are not interchangable.

Also, if you feel like tearing down your headliner, the police pkg came with
an (optional) roof reinforcement plate - where the roof lights would be
mounted.  Also, another plate, this one round, toward the rear of the roof.
This one isn't structural, it's a ground reference for the police radio
antenna.

Now, that's not to say that a police dept couldn't buy an SHO and use it as
a police car.  However, the reality is that a police car is purchsed with
taxpayer money, and an SHO selling for $25,000 vs a SLO police pkg (with
govenment pricing) selling for $12,000....well, 2 new cars is better than
one (fast one).
