[Shotimes] Justin Fujibayashi childrends education fund

There is now an official fund set up to benefit the future education of 
the children of Justin Fujibayashi.

about this tragedy.

Carter has forwarded the following information for an education fund set 
up for Justin's young son and unborn sibling.

A donation to this fund is heartily recommended.
