[Shotimes] V6 Woodruff key? Anyone know what grade steel it is made of?

Anyone know what material other than steel these are made of? As in the
grade of the steel or whatnot. I'm looking into having a replacement batch
of them made up since I came across a new one in the bag, at the bottom of a
box of parts I have.
