[Single-Malt] Scotch that isn't very good...

So, in my early days of peatology, I bought a lot of different bottles of
single malts.  Since discovering what I like, I find some of those fairly
non-drinkable.  I have a dream just to try to get through a bottle, and
then I have to have another dram of the good stuff just to get the taste
out of my mouth.

I'm not willing to pour it down the sink, yet.  But I don't know what else
to do...  So, what does one do with inferior tipple?
