[Spits] Spitfire Mk III Front Ride Height

I recently overhauled the suspension on my Spit Mk III.  Including new
shocks front and rear.  The new front shocks have adjustable spring seats,
thus the front ride height is adjustable.  The car has 155/80R13 tires on
it.  What is the normal ride height for this setup?  I need a measurement
from I guess the ground to the underside of the outside lip of the front
fender, or maybe the ground to the bottom of the front frame rails.  Right
now, it is too low I think, the tires rub on bumps or hard cornering.
