I have the same problem, mine are completely rotted, I found a similar item for TR's at TRF, it is back ordered but will let you know if it is comparable when I get it. If it doesn't work out I plan to make my own out of a heavy gage rubber sheet material. Chris Mk2- Alfa powered/ rotoflex
