[Spridgets] Throwout bearings

Recently I've had some trouble with these.  It seems that some of the new
ones are not as thick as they need to be.  When you install them they
don't release the clutch sufficiently and it will grind going into the
gears.

I recently replaced one to fix the problem, then installed a new one in
another car and have a similar problem.

Anyone else had this problem?  Or have a solution?
