[Spridgets] Wobbly rear wheel?

Hi,

I recently worked on my emergency brake cable and thus had the rear  
left wheel off. This morning while being followed in to drop the car  
off for inspection I was told that wheel was wobbling - the lugs were  
tight and pulling on the wheel produced no 'give'. It drives fine  
with no noticeable vibration.

So the question is what could be the cause?

The only thing I can think of at the moment is that when putting the  
wheel back on I didn't get the brake drum seated and the whole thing  
tightened up at a slight angle - possible?
