[Spridgets] steering rack

The rack on my '59 Sprite has moved about 3/16ths of an inch side to side 
since the day I bought it in 1968.  Rack clamps and mounting bolts are 
correctly tightened.  The car tracks nice and straight with no wandering.  I 
always figured it was a factory oversteer reduction mod.  :-)
