[Spridgets] Poly Bushing lube

Mine came with a tube of thick and sticky clear grease that I think was 
silicone-based. Seems to have worked well as I have had no issues with 
squeaking over many miles. I understand that some of the newer compounds 
have lubrication built in. Might want to check the manufacturer's website...
