Well, 20 years from now, we'll sell the Dream Farm, and have the Green Lake
place turned into our year 'round place. I've got 2 daughters at DePaul, and
2 stepsons yet to go to college... so, I don't have extra dough to be
throwing at the lake house now. 


Like a Green Lake plot won't rise to that value in 5 years anyway  :)
