Hey, Larry didn't ask me *that*!  He just wanted to know if the city I live
in plows the snow off the streets!

And, as a matter of fact, it *does* snow a little  in Anaheim Hills (that's
the hoity-toity section) every year.  And there was a good coating in 1948.
The last time it had "plowable" snow was in November 1928!  And *no*, the
City did not plow the roads!
