[Spridgets] Okra

I believe in okra, too. But, to me, grits and collards greens are the Holy
Grail of Southern food. On a trip down to Mississippi a couple of years ago,
to visit the sacred sites of the Delta Blues, I had plenty of both. Sheboygan
may have brats, which I love, but I am longing for those hot tamales.
