[Spridgets] Rib Case Gear box question AGAIN

I have the motor/tranny out.

Neutral does work. My concern was that if I put it in any gear and moved
the lever towards the driveshaft end, nothing was disengaging. In fact, the
lever feels loose as it its not engaging anything. (lever meaning there the
slave attaches to)

It has sat for a LONG time indoors.

Thanks
Chris

I fail to see where either of these approaches will help him diagnose
whether his clutch disk is stuck. They will find out wherther neutral is
working (or not working, if you wish to look at it like that), but the
clutch may or may not be stuck to the pressure plate or the flywheel
and these suggestions will neither identify nor remedy that.

It sounds as if the drive train is not yet back in the car?
