Probably so.
Could be too much or too little fuel?  How's the carb?

Connect a timing light.   When the engine is missing turn on the
timing light and see if the light goes away or acts sporadically.  If
it only happens when driving then run the timing light wire under the
bonnet and have the passenger hold it while you drive.  You can check
each wire but start with the coil wire.  It'll flash the timing light
4x faster than individual plug wires, but you might catch the miss
there.  If you do, then focus on spark.
