[Spridgets] HS2 Stub stack question...

Hello Dave,

       here's a little tale ...

       there is a hill on one of my regular "runs"... i got stacks (in
       this case they were 1 1/2" tall--- picked 'em up on ebay from
       Joe Huffaker, [didn't know at the time they were coming from
       him] and K&N filters, 3" tall {the "book" saying you need as
       much clearance from the top of the stack or pipe as the pipes
       are in diameter, or is it tall,).. .. anyway one day before i
       installed the stacks and air cleaners, (as every previous run
       up the hill) i had to downshift from 4th gear to 3rd gear to
       climb the hill... next day, new air cleaners, and stacks (ram
       pipes) and i could and still can accelerate in 4th gear up the
       hill.... .. ..

       i would never run without 'em again. simple easy cheap,
       horsepower, with no loss of reliability or engine life!!!!!!

       do it...

       as an aside... those stacks are two piece kinda things.. have
       never seen their like again.. one came a little loose so i
       orders the one piece billet stubs from aptfast.com. i have
       since had the huffaker ones repaired and they sit on my
       shelf... .. .. .. ...
