?The header style exhaust manifold?you're refering to?was used on the following Cooper and Cooper S models:

All Mk I, II 997 & 998 Coopers 10/61 through 11/69

?

All Mk I, II, III 970, 1071 & 1275 Cooper S 3/63 through 7/70.

?

The 1275 S one was slightly taller for the taller block than the 997/998 Cooper one. I seem to remember the 970 and 1071 being the same as the 1275, but I could be wrong.

?

Hope this helps,

I misspoke. it was not cast, but a pressed steel welded header used on
Cooper S's.

I'm assuming they were used on 1275 motors.

I'm certainly no "expert" but feel the question would be easier to answer if
asked, "What year/model did the Mini NOT have a cast header?" Thinking about
it however, I'm not sure what "cast header" means. The combination
intake/exhaust manifold was cast iron from the very first Mini, before
moving on to a 3 into 1 exhaust only type design, so I am having trouble
figuring out what the question is. Please clarify.
