I used to take my cars down there to be re-upholstered.  But those were the good old days.  Not any more, Vigil.  They all moved up into Southern California and re-opened their shops up here.  I don't think you can find an upholstery shop in Orange County that isn't a Mexican, AND charge U.S. prices.  Ask a man who found out the hard way.
