Don't do that.

Using tinyurl for a DOWNLOAD is not cool. Maybe some folks would get  
that to open directly in PPT, Maybe not. But a direct link to a file  
ain't nice. Gimme a full URL to a file, then I get to decide what to  
DL/open.

For the most part I trust the folks on this list, but you never know.
