Hello derf,

      according to "the book"...

      when seen from above (the distributor)the small offset of the
      driving dog must in in the right and the driving slot for the
      rotor arm must be in the six o'clock postion...

      otherwise remove the plates and weights and reverse turn the
      shaft 180 degrees.

      (hey if this doesn't post to "the list" please forward it.. i'm
      having all sorts of trouble getting things ONTO the list, even
      using THREE different email accounts....???!!!!!!!??????
