[Spridgets] 1960 AN5

My AN5 has a horrible modern, so called, sports steering wheel installed.
Can any body tell me how to get it off.   (There is a rubber concertina type
"cowl" from the back of the wheel to the dash.   The wheel has its own center
motive not the Sprite motive.)   I can't see where or how to start.   I have
the original steering wheel, and want to put that back on.
