Jack,
Speedwell sells a nice looking kit.  Gerrard used to have the plans posted
for a hinge that looks just like the one from Speedwell, but he is redoing
his web site and the  link I have no longer works.  A bit more complex than
the one Larry shows, but (perhaps) more sophisticated.  Speedwell advertises
that their kit needs no further support of the metal bonnet when open, kind
of a nice feature.  But Larry's hinge works and is a lot less complicated.
