Hey, Netscape 8 does not do news nor mail. Wotcher want to download and
install is Seamonkey. It's a Netscape follow-on that does mail, news, and
web. Go here:

In the upper-right corner is a link to download the install files for
Seamonkey 1.1.2. The old Netscape 7 series is outdated and
offers no protection from newer problems.
