[Spridgets] 1098 CG head torque

I could find no specific head nut torque value in my workshop manual for my
1098 CG motor.  The 948 spec was 40 ft lbs so I used that.
I used 25 ft lbs. for the rocker bracket nuts.
 
Sound about right?
