[Spridgets] Camshaft question

Only the earliest Spridgets and all the Morris Minors had the one cam
bearing.  All the others had 3.

If this is a rebuild, have the machine shop open up those bores to accept
the 3 cam bearings.  Otherwise, let it run on one.  They still lasted a long
time that way.
