Funny the plans surfaced in 2003, I ordered those plans from the back of 
a magazine when I was a kid. Yeah, I was one of those dumb kids that put 
$4.95 in the mail and got the plans for the Pogue carb back in 1973 or 
74. I did get the plans, I might even still have them somewhere, but I 
did not have the machining capabilities at the time, I still don't have 
the ability to manufacture a carb.
