[Spridgets] Traffic Circles

They are getting rid of the traffic circles in Jersey.
They worked pretty good, it's a simple thing, largest most dented 
vehicle has the right of way.
Or never EVER look at anybody on the circle, they will see you not 
paying attention and let you go.
I have 2 circles in my neighborhood, I live dead center of both, each is 
1 block away, it's my Sprite test track :)
