Ah, but you don't understand the nature of revolution.  There first has to
be a will to have things change.  True revolutions do not occur overnight,
but involve a slow evolution in the minds, the hearts and the thinking of
the discontented.  This not going to happen when those who have the will
and desire to see change and improve the lot of themselves and others,
leave the field.  I am afraid that your line of reasoning leads only to an
inevitable transfer of the dispossessed from Mexico to the United States. 
No, change has to take place from within;  where the problem exists.  When
those seeds of change begin, the wherewithal eventually follows. 
Unfortunately, the sentiment in America today is not even to support those
who would seek change.  Witness the Sudan;  witness Zimbabwe, witness the
whole of Africa.
