But the employers would have to pay higher wages if America would let the
law of supply and demand function properly.  By allowing in *any* cheap
labor, including the  H1B's, it is depressing the value of American labor. 
Remove the cheap illegal labor, and the labor marketplace would find its
reasonable level.
