[Spridgets] manifold for 1.75" SU

I had a Titan on my 1275 and picked up some SU HIF-6s  from some Volvo
guy cheap.  I also had a nice HIF-44 that I got from England via Ebay
for like $100.
The Volvo carbs required different needles and springs.
The 44 from across the pond was set up for 1275 "Fast Road" use.
SUs are great carbs and I think single 6 or 44 is the way to go on a
1275, unless you are racing, then go with the Weber side draft.
