Well ... you lost me.  When I was asked if my wife wanted me to go to
someplace that is hot all the time, I assumed the thought was "Go to Hell".
Is there a placenamed 'Hell' in the US?  I have been to "Hell" on the island
of Grand Cayman.  I would go there again, in non-prime hurricane season, if
I had the money.  So, where the hell is 'Hell'?
