[Spridgets] Crankshaft Spigot bearing removal

A lot of people have drill bits of various sizes and if the shank is a 
reasonable fit, it is a thickish grease and there is a large piece of wood 
between the point of the drill bit and hammer to protect the drill it does 
work.  As the bush is a new one it may be worth trying to preserve it.
