[Spridgets] asking for smoking Engne advice

Tradional yes, water cooled. We tend to ice it down nicely, sometimes we
use other liquids such as milk, fruit juices, rum, etc....the rums, wines
etc...tend to give me a head ache, milk is good but you really have to
clean things.  So we stick with water.
