[Spridgets] Tech question - slow day on list

So...now that both evidence and opinion have verified
last week's theory that a good center main bearing
means the other 2 are OK too....will advancing a cam a
degree or 2 always give you more low end torque? And
will it be more torque, or will it just come on
sooner?
