[Spridgets] Bugeye ignition sw.

At the buster cluster I learned (from Frank, et al) that an appropriately
sized hose clamp will do quite nicely to hold the headlight/ignition switch
in position.  Not concours, but readily available and more effective than
the official little wire clip.

The Bugeye switch does rely on a wire clip and it works very well.  I do not
know where you would buy one but that is what you need.
