[Spridgets] Spridget tow bar

I have a tow bar that was used on one of our cars. It mounted to the holes
the bumper mounts to, but you had to remove the bumper first. The thing
would work, but if you turn corners much, it would tend to pull and tear at
the bumper mounts. I have no idea how well his works, but that is the
experience I have with the one that came with the car I bought.
