[Spridgets] Prop rod question

IIRC, the spacer goes through the click stick only. My midget is in
winter storage, so I can't check the car now...

On a later Midget with the click stick to hold up the bonnet, is the 
hole in the fender and bonnet brackets 1/4" or is it large enough to 
hold that spacer collar? 
The hole in the click stick is maybe 3/8, I made the brackets for this 
stick on the 67 but I noticed the collar fits the hole in the stick, 
does this collar go through the bracket too?
